May '08
This was how it all started. During May- the day we had Physics Mid year, 6.30 am in the morning, Brian (my primary school friend) sms-ed me about their IU Day's Fashion Show. He wanted us (Meiyan and I) to be one of their 5 models. So we agreed.
June '08
The IU Day was suppose to be on the 21 June '08. Flyers were given out and everyone knew it was going to be on the 21st. But unfortunately, the teachers were causing trouble for the Interact Board. It was then canceled. For ONE day.
The next day, all of them settled the problem which involved many parents and probably arguments. It was all agreed. The IU day will be held on 28 June '08.
Brian, Sam and Julius had put their heart and soul into this IU day. And I respect them for it. Sleepless nights preparing for the highly anticipated IU day as St John did not have one for many many years.
We did our part to help them out. We went for practices and all. Well, I won't really call them practices. HAHAHA. Met a few nice Form 6 Jie Jie.
We went to see our costumes after school on Friday before the IU Day.
Finally...
The big day arrived...
28.06.08 (sat)
Woke up early in the morning, around 9am and reached by school by 10am. The other 4 models were there. Meiyan, Lisha, Petrina and MinKey.
The guys were still busy decorating the hall. Gosh, I bet they were there since 8am. And Sam was still up at 3am. They had really nice lightings and sound system.

We wanted to rehearse and all but we didn't have much time. Tak jadi. We had already put on the kimono/ yakuta for the rehearsal. Sigh. Susah nak pakai tau..

The IU Day was about to start, so we all had to change back. Don't wanna spoil the surprise. Then, guess who I saw? Julius! The President of St John's Interact Club.
I couldn't stop laughing when I saw him wearing it. Macam Baju Tidur. HAHAHA.
The IU day started. The VIP arrived and so did many other interactors.
Oh, I saw Andy, Wei Hoong, Hong Meng and and and Wei Jie. We were all classmates during Std 6. Wow, been 5 long years..

Caught a glimpse of the 6 Dwarfs. Their dance was so chun. Back flips and all. And you could hear all the girls screaming for Julius. HAHAHA.
Brian was about to belanja us Mc D but they didn't have service to the school. WTF. People dying for hunger la. We had to eat Maggi instead >.<

Fashion Show
Damn, we were nervous. Dimmed lights, spotlight shining on us, loud music and ALL EYES WOULD BE ON YOU. We were thinking of poses just before it started.
This is ZhiHao and Beng Hong. No, they weren't nervous at all. This were the guys costume.
The show started at 5pm, I think. Took a deep breath and walked into the hall. It was scary. Everyone was watching and snapping pictures. Walked and pose, walked and pose, walked and pose.
Everyone walked too fast so Sam, Julius and the emcee had to do last minute runway walk. HAHAHAHA. Julius simply grabbed a jacket and walked.
Then, we had to partner for the 2nd round. I partnered Koh. Okay, we then did the finale. 12 of us including Julius and Sam went on stage for the finale and thanked everyone in Japanese. Yeah, had to kneel down and all. Japanese culture.

school is a waste of time.
Mr. A is in the hospital. Kena dengue. Sad case. 3 weeks in the hospital.
I think our whole class should pay him a visit.
After all he taught for 5 long years. Not every teacher can handle the class. Haha.
Let's just all skip BM and take the NEW school bus to the hospital.
We should just go and learn Add Maths at Tawakal XD

I often ask myself this stupid question. Why do I go to school? I don't really see the point. I find school boring. And I bet many people do. Well, at least I didn't study there since tadika XD
Honestly, why do we actually go to school for. Ok.. There are some classes which are quite productive such as..
1) Chem is unbearable, no doubt.
2) Bio...hmm...is unbearable too (according to Quang).
3) We go to school for Add Maths
4)and maybe for Modern Maths
I guess that's all. Other than that, we don't really pay much attention in class. And that includes Physics. I really don't know why, but just can't concentrate in his class.
English and Bm are like free periods XD We don't do anything. During moral, most of us would be sleeping in class or doing homework.
What a waste of school fees..
Sigh. A few more months left. College, here we come =)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY =)
Alright. Today they had the charity campaign at The Curve. Autism Unpuzzled.
Reached there around 1.30 pm. Met up with Rach and co and headed to Dragon-i. Funny watching them order cause all of them were bananas XD They had to order in mandrin. HAHAHA.

I hate getting exam results.
What I thought I'd do terribly, turned out good.
And what I expected myself to do at least reasonably well was so messed up.
Sigh. But I guess I didn't TRY hard enough.
But why 64% for Sejarah?!? I failed Paper 1. 1st time ever =(
So disappointing....seriously....even Pn Nor couldn't believe it. Sigh..
I really didn't expect that. Not at all. Where my 'A' gone too...?
And Add Maths as usual, not exactly my best subject, 68%. Forever the same mark.
I'm cursed. wtf.
Then Physics, I had no clue about what I was writing in the paper. 77%. wtf la.
I expected myself to get like B or C.
Ms Tye scared me yesterday.
"marcia, I think you didn't do too well for your English 1. You only got 79%..."
Got shocked cause it was 2nd lowest in class.
I was thinking WTF I did in the paper.
When I checked the paper, she missed out 9.5 marks for Literature. OMG. WTF.
What's wrong with her Maths...? In the end, 88%. Lucky number. "Fatt"

Enough bout my rubbish. I'm gonna stop thinking about it =) So today we had Chem in the morning. Mr Sheat seemed really happy. In a weird unusual way. Hmm...I wonder what's up XD
No chem during lunch today. So freeeee. I can't remember when was the last time we had lunch. Steph, Em, Milia, Alia, Chun, Erwan, YK, Rina and I were all in the empty class talking about....hahaha...nvm =)
I guess I'll go for Autism Unpuzzled. Well, I'm forced to XD

sigh sigh sigh. Holidays are coming to an end. Back to school, again. Half a year left. Just hang in there! My nightmare would be over soon enough =) Thank you very much. lols.
Didn't do much this holiday. Just lazing around and going out. Not that I'm going out that much. My parents think I should be studying. WTF. Pls la, exam was 2 weeks ago. Give me a break.
Anyway, I went to Singapore. So here it goes.
Day 1- 3/6/08 (Tues)
Arrived Singapore around 1pm. My uncle fetched us to his house. Obviously we stayed there la. Sigh. Haven't met my cousins for such a long time. Been many years. wtf. I was still a kid back then. I don't even remember seeing some. wtf. I'm so hopeless. Shery, Mark and Justin.
Look what I came across after lunch. The karaoke place. Check out the name XD
Then,
Went to jalan-jalan around Orchard Road. Cause I thought there would be the best place to shop. I was proven wrong la of course. All too branded. Not that I don't like it, but the price is SCARY. Seriously.
Walked in Paragon. Banana Republic. I saw Steph O.O omg! What a small world. When our mums and aunties were busy trying on clothes, Steph and I had time to talk. Come on, it's Banana Republic. Can't really expect us to buy anything there. One green knitted wear cost like 100 sing dollars. wtf.
Takashimaya. Tangs. Sigh. Can't afford can't afford =.=
Walked around Orchard Road from 4pm till 7.30pm. wtf right.
Went to makan dinner with the family nearby the house.
After dinner, my sis, Shery and I decided to walk back home. My older cousin followed us. Takut something happen to us.
cause it looked like this. Housing area was really silent and dark. But whatever la. Haha.

Day 2- 4/6/08 (wed)
Went to Galleria. Yes, that duty free store. The reason why I went there cause there was supposedly to have sale. Yeah. There was. But it was pointless. Still too expensive after sale. Then why bother having sale? Maybe trying to attract naive ppl like me. wtf. Lucky Steph got her Marc Jacobs. Damn jealous XD
I saw Steph again at Galleria. What a coincidence?
Went to Bugis Street around 4pm with Shery and my sis. The place for good bargains. Took the MRT there.
The 3 of us walked around there until we were tired. And walked over to the air- conditioned mall. How typical.

Walked around Ang Mo Kio Hub and ate Moss Burger. Damn nice wei!

Went to Mid Valley today with rach and hy. And guess who I saw? Alex. Hahaha. Small small world. Haven't seen him for ages tho.
Sigh. I still feel bad cause he was lining up for the tickets with Angel and I was happily eating lunch.
I wanted to watch Prom Night. Damn it. Rachel chickened out XD
...Oh yeah, petrol price increased. wtf. My mum says I can stop thinking about going to One U and all these places. Sigh. What to do? I guess I won't be going for the Autism campaign after all.
